Preparation Instructions:
To begin please preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 218 degrees Celsius. Next defrost the sliced frozen peaches in the microwave. Next take out a sealable mixing bowl, and then add in the thawed peaches and white pure cane sugar. Seal the bowl and toss the peaches until they are evenly coated in sugar. Next add into the bowl the pure cornstarch, fresh squeezed orange juice, and fine ground kosher salt. Whisk these ingredients together, but do be careful not to mash the peaches. Next whisk in the plain Dannon yogurt, cold unsalted real butter, baking soda, white all purpose baking flour, pure baking powder, and dark brown sugar. Mix these ingredients up until you have an even cobbler batter, but again try not to crush or mash the peaches. Once the batter is finished, pour it into a glass baking dish that has been lightly greased with butter. Level out the batter using the back of a mixing spoon, then slide the dish into the oven to bake for fifty minutes, or until the frozen peaches peach cobbler is golden brown on the top and edges. Let the dessert cool for ten minutes before dishing it out. Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Thank you again for visiting our website.
