Preparation Instructions:
A friend of mine named Bernie from Wyco West Virginia sent me this peach plum cobbler recipe. To get started, please preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. Next take out a two quart glass baking dish, and then melt your softened unsalted real butter within it. Moving along, next take out a heavy bottom saucepan, and then add into it the fresh pitted sliced skinless peaches, fresh pitted sliced plums, fresh squeezed orange juice, one cup of white granulated sugar, and Mexican vanilla extract. Heat these contents over medium high heat, stirring rapidly until they start to boil. Once your sugar has melted, and your fruit is tender and juicy, pour the fruit filling into the baking dish, leveling it out with a butter knife. Next take out a mixing bowl, and then pour into it the organic cinnamon, one cup of white granulated sugar, coarse ground table salt, baking flour, large fresh whole egg, ground cloves, organic nutmeg, fresh cold 2% milk, and baking powder. Using an electric mixer, whip these ingredients together until a uniform and consistent batter forms. For the next step, drop heaping spoonfuls of the batter into the still hot fruit filling. After all of the batter has been used up, slide the baking dish into the oven to bake for roughly half an hour, or until the surface of the cobbler is golden brown, and the fruit has started to caramelize. That concludes this recipe, we hope you loved it.
