Preparation Instructions:
Thank you to Matt from Syracuse New York for sending us this amazing peach cranberry cobbler recipe. To begin this recipe, first you will need to preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Next you will need to take out a nine by thirteen inch glass baking dish. Using a small saucepan, melt your softened salted margarine. Pour the melted margarine into the baking dish. Next take out a saucepan, and then add in the canned chopped skinless peaches in syrup, canned cranberry sauce, one cup of white baker's sugar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and organic vanilla extract. Bring these contents to a boil over medium high heat, stirring often until all of the sugar has melted. Once you're done with that step, remove the saucepan from the burner, and then pour the filling mixture into the baking dish, leveling it out with a spoon. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and then add in the white all purpose baking flour, Quaker uncooked raw oatmeal, ground cinnamon, fresh whole eggs, one cup of white baker's sugar, fresh cold nonfat milk, ground cloves, pure baking powder, ground nutmeg, and fine ground table salt. Using an electric cake mixer, beat these ingredients together until you have an even and creamy cobbler batter. Next take spoonfuls of the batter, and drop them into the sugary fruit filling. Once all of your batter has been used, slide the baking dish into the oven to bake for forty minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crisp. Serve the cobbler hot garnished with whipped cream or ice cream. Thanks for stopping by our site.
