Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Jensen from Austin Texas for sending in this healthy peach cobbler recipe. To get started, please preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. For the next step, please take out a glass baking dish which is roughly nine by thirteen inches in size. Melt your unsalted margarine within your baking dish, then set it aside. Next take out a mixing bowl, and briskly stir together the whole grain baking flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, half a cup of organic bees honey, and pure baking powder. Next vigorously stir in the soy milk until you have a smooth and thick batter. Pour your batter over the top of the melted butter. Next take out a saucepan, and add in the fresh chopped skinless organic peaches, fresh squeezed lemon juice, liquid vanilla extract, and half a cup of organic bees honey. Heat these ingredients until the honey has completely melted, and the peaches are tender and juicy. Next pour the cobbler filling over the top of the batter, then even it out using a mixing spoon with a flat edge. You are now ready to bake the dessert for forty minutes, or until the surface of the cobbler is golden brown. As a side note, you can add more honey if you want the recipe to be sweeter, however it will contain more calories.
