I have to thank Emmy from George Town Cayman Islands for sending us her very own peach cobbler smoothie recipe. To get started, please take out your blender, and then plug it in. Add into the blender the canned peaches in syrup, Yoplait vanilla yogurt, fresh lemon juice, dark brown sugar, fresh ground cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, fresh ground cloves, and raw uncooked rolled oats. Blend these ingredients together for about a minute, or until the smoothie reaches a desired consistency. If you like your smoothie to be not very thick, then add a little milk to it.
