Preparation Instructions:
I must thank Frank from Juneau Alaska for submitting this ambrosial peach strawberry cobbler recipe. To kick off the recipe, please take out a glass nine by thirteen inch baking dish. Add your cold salted margarine into the dish, then melt it. Next you will want to preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Moving forward, take out a mixing bowl, and then add in the white all purpose baking flour, one cup of white superfine sugar, fine ground table salt, and pure baking powder. Sift these ingredients together, then gradually whip in the cold fresh heavy cream. Once you have a creamy cobbler batter, pour it over the top of your melted butter, then level it out using a mixing spoon. Do not however mix the butter into the batter. Next take out a thick bottom saucepan, and then add into it the fresh sliced skinless peaches, fresh sliced garden strawberries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and one cup of white superfine sugar. Heat these ingredients over medium high heat, stirring rapidly until the sugar completely melts. Next pour the saucepan contents over the top of the batter, again leveling the layer out with a mixing spoon. Finally you will want to top off the dessert by sprinkling the cinnamon and nutmeg over the top of it. You are ready to bake the dish, so slide it into the oven for forty minutes, or until the top of the cobbler is golden brown. That concludes this amazing recipe, thanks for stopping by and checking it out.
