Preparation Instructions:
Our staff would like to send out a thank you to Clyde of Honolulu Hawaii for shooting over this exquisite peach pineapple cobbler recipe. To get started, please preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius. Next take out a three quart baking dish, and melt your cold unsalted Country Crock butter inside of it. Next take out a large sauce pan, and add into it the fresh sliced skinless Georgia peaches, canned pineapple chunks in syrup, one cup of firmly packed dark brown sugar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and pure bourbon Madagascar vanilla extract. Bring these contents to a boil over medium high heat, whisking the filling together until all of the sugar melts, and the peaches become tender and soft. Next pour this fruity cobbler filling over the top of the melted butter. Moving down the line, next take out a mixing bowl, and rapidly stir together one cup of dark brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder, whole grain oat flour, nutmeg powder, reduced fat milk, fine ground Celtic sea salt, and ground cloves. Once your cobbler batter is thick and creamy, drop clumps of it into the still warm cobbler filling. After you have used up all of your cobbler batter, you will then want to slide the dessert dish into the oven to bake for forty minutes, or until the peaches and pineapple have caramelized, and the batter is crisp and golden brown. Thanks for checking out this recipe, we hope you have enjoyed it.
