Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Tyler from Langley British Columbia for sending in this delectable and easy to make peach pecan cobbler recipe. To get started, first you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a two quart baking dish, and lightly grease it with the softened real unsalted butter. Next place your buttermilk biscuits in the greased baking dish, creating small islands with space in between each. Next take out a mixing bowl, and whip together the peach pie filling, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and cold fresh 2% milk. Once your cobbler filling is even and consistent, evenly pour it over the top of your biscuits, so that it covers them, as well as fills in the space between each. Finally you will want to sprinkle the crushed unsalted pecans over the top of the cobbler, then slide the dessert dish into the oven to bake for half an hour, or until the biscuits are crisp and golden brown, and the peach filling has started to caramelize. Serve the pecan peach cobbler hot with tall glass of cold refreshing milk. Thanks for checking out this recipe, do be sure to browse around our recipe database some more.
