Kurt from San Francisco California sent us the following question. He asked how many cups of peaches do you use for cobbler? The answer is that you can use as few or as many cups of peaches as you want, there is no required number. If you really enjoy a thick crust cobbler without much fruit, then a couple of cups of peaches will work fine. If you love lots of peaches in your cobbler, then six to eight cups will work great. The answer really lies in what you yourself like, or how large or small you want the dessert to be. I do on occasion create single serving peach cobbler, and use anywhere from half to one full cup of peaches, depending on how hungry I am. I have also made huge twenty serving cobblers, which in those cases they require anywhere from twelve to sixteen cups of canned or fresh peaches. Thanks for sending in the question, we hope that our answer is sufficient.
