For those of you who aren't familiar with Muscovado sugar, it's a type of unrefined brown sugar that usually has a very strong molasses like flavor. The sugar is very popular with people who enjoy organic foods, as the farms that grow and produce it generally use more natural harvesting methods. With regard to it's availability, I have noticed it for sale in a variety of health food stores, and on some occasions I have even seen it for sale at regular grocery stores.
